My one day out in Prague! Spent about 8 hours this day just walking around and checking out the city from the Old Town to the
Praha Castle to the New Town area. Was a beautiful day with snow breaks
in between as well as beer pit stops. One thing I noticed was the guys there look rough...and the women, I don't know where all those Czech beauties come from but maybe they all already left the country or have day jobs because I didn't see any. No points. What's weird is the airport really reminds me of Toronto, with all the street cars and just the way the sidewalks look next to the main roads. Really looked like the Finch area.
Oh yeah, first thing I was offered on this day out from a guy was...well this is how it went:
Guy: "would you like some heroine?"
me: "excuse me?"
Guy: "would you like to convert Euros to Czech Crowns?"
me: "oh...no thank you."
(a bit later)
me talking to my co-worker: "did that guy just offer us heroine?"
co-worker: "ya! that's what I heard too!!"

Yes
MIMO!

The World Famous Anatomical Clock. I didn't know but I think
that's it down on the bottom of the picture. Definitely not doing any justice for this clock tower.

Charles Bridge

'Charles Bridge'

only if...

What is a Radar?

Actually ate at this place, Cowboys. They offer very nice fillets!
Praha Castle (The Church)

This is actually an Organ...One big Organ

Cobble stone streets everywhere

(on the
other side of the 'Do not
take it' card)

They had these benches with dragons everywhere

Apparently the colors of the sky change depending on the angle of the sun. Sounds very romantic.

My breakfast before heading back to Tokyo. Probably the
flatest sandwich I've ever had.

your posts always catch me by surprise!
if the gorgeous women have fled, i would blame that on either globalization or the EU expansion!
oh wow i think you might have been offered first class heroin right from the poppy fields of afghanistan!
(blame or applaud globalization?)
i think radar and yankee are pretty much the same thing (radar has american roots, and i think goes back to the second world war...i really wonder if it's tied to american espionage!)
beautiful pictures!
seems like a pretty laid back couple of hours...
nice sky! (first thing that came to my mind)
